WebTHIS WORKED! My AT&T Samsung Galaxy A51 5G had the same problem, couldn't make or receive calls after the recent update. I restarted in safe mode (hold down Power Off until it changes to Safe Mode), made a call, then turned off safe mode, and now i can make and receive calls again! Note: this fix only seems to work until the next reboot.
